Executive Team

J. Paul Dutton, President & CEO

Paul's extensive expertise in advertising, marketing and technology development plus his familiarity with public markets (specifically taking a company public) allow him to direct the organization on its desired path. His duties involve liaison with the franchise development team, product development and enhancement, directing advertising/creative department, technological systems development management and managing the overall direction of the organization and personnel. He is also the key contact for Investor (IR) and Public Relations (PR). As one of the two original founding partners of the SNAP Newspaper Group, Paul has lived, breathed and bled SNAP since early in 2004, and remains the key influence for the company's overall vision and development.

Dr. Jon Henderson, Executive VP & COO

As the second founding partner of the SNAP Newspaper Group, Jon Henderson's background in business, advertising and technology, alongside his comprehensive software application knowledge, allow him to lead the daily operations of the company both on the financial management side as well as creative and production. His roles include: all publication production and the day to day management of the company; his extensive educational background solidifies the company's desire and comfort knowing it has someone who is extremely well versed and educated with the industry at large and specifically as it pertains to franchising, publishing, software and other operational systems.

Jammie Kennedy, Senior Vice President

Jammie Kennedy's extensive background in sales and sales management for national and multi-national organizations allow him to lead and direct the sales initiatives of the organization. His responsibilities include development of sales strategies, research into new markets, implementation of strategies, liaison with franchise development personnel and overall co-ordination of sales and marketing efforts. He will be responsible for hiring of key sales personnel for future franchise sales efforts.

Melissa Greco, VP Production

Melissa Greco's extensive organizational skills garnered from her years in customer service and operations management in both employee and ownership positions allow her to bring tremendous value to SNAP. She began with SNAP Newspaper Group in early 2005 and has assisted in all areas of the company through its growth and development. She is responsible for the printing of all publications; coordinating printing/proofing times with printers/designers/franchisees; coordinating shipping logistics; quality control of all publications; sourcing new printers for publications in new markets; and managing the production and work flow for all publications.

Cara Van Alebeek, Director of Corporate Finance

Cara joined SNAP in 2008 and brings over 19 years of accounting experience to her role as Director of Corporate Finance. With earlier experience in the design industry and excellent communication skills, she has helped to facilitate the financing for new franchises, managed the day-to-day operations in the accounting department for SNAP Head Office, developed relationships with franchisees and vendors and initiated the implementation of an automated accounting processes helping to streamline operations.

Melissa Stier, Director of Human Resources

Melissa has many years of customer service and management under her belt and has exceptional leadership and organizational skills. With her upbeat and positive outlook, she is a wonderful addition to our team to support and maintain a healthy work environment for staff.
