Fraser Douglas, Director of Photography & Video

After completing a four year degree in Photography at the Ontario College of Art, Fraser began a career that has spanned three decades. Hallmarks of his career include design, corporate image development and commercial photography. An extensive familiarity with the digital world and expertise with Adobe tools have allowed him to move into the position of Director of Photography and Video seamlessly. In addition to his duties as photography/video editor, Fraser and his team have developed the look and feel of the video components, continuing the Newspaper Group's brand and philosophy. SNAP video has grown from an idea to a working model in three months and is receiving positive feedback from both the franchises and communities SNAP services.

Jennifer Buchanan, Director of Video

Jennifer has an extensive background in Broadcast Journalism that began more than two decades ago. As a former television news reporter and television morning show host, Jennifer brings years of expertise in communication, interviewing, story telling, scripting and editing to the Video Department at SNAP. Through Jennifer’s diverse skills, she is helping SNAP expand to the world of web video by teaching other SNAP franchisees how to shoot, write and produce video events, promos and corporate business profiles. Jennifer’s confidence, outgoing nature and love for media are all an asset in moving the SNAP Video Department forward.

Seanna Shoemaker, Director of Video

Seanna began her career in television as a reporter for a community news station more than 10 years ago. Seanna has an extensive background in broadcast journalism covering national news stories and events. She is now bringing her diverse skills in communication, story telling and writing to SNAP’s Video Department. Seanna is involved in bringing SNAP into the world of web video by passing on her knowledge and expertise in interviewing, editing and shooting to other SNAP franchises. Her passion for community events, media and creativity will benefit SNAP in moving forward in the world of video and television.
